2. Principles and legal basis
The Controller processes personal data lawfully, fairly and transparently, for specified purposes, to the extent necessary, accurately and securely. Processing is based on:
- Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR);
- Act CXII of 2011 on informational self-determination and freedom of information;
- Act C of 2000 on accounting;
- Act XLVIII of 2008 on the basic conditions of commercial advertising.
3. Data processed: scope, purpose, legal basis and retention
3.1. Course registration
| Data | Name, email, phone number, experience level, emergency contact name and phone, health information (allergies, medication, other – optional), the chosen course and number of participants. |

| Legal basis | Performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Health data is a special category, processed solely on the participant's explicit consent (GDPR Art. 9(2)(a)); consent may be withdrawn at any time. Emergency contact details are provided by the participant, who is responsible for informing that person. |
| Retention | Until performance of the contract and the limitation period of any claims (5 years under the Civil Code). Health data is deleted no later than after the training ends. |
3.2. Invoicing

4. Data processors
The Controller may use the following partners. The list of processors may change; the current list is available on request.
- Hosting and operations: Netlify, Inc. (512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) – serving the website.

5. Transfers to third countries
If a processor handles data outside the European Economic Area, transfers take place with appropriate GDPR safeguards (e.g. the European Commission's standard contractual clauses). [To be specified based on the actual providers.]
6. Cookies and external services
The website is static and uses no analytics or marketing cookies or tracking. Fonts are loaded via Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com), during which Google may technically receive the visitor's IP address. [If analytics or other cookies are added later, this section must be updated and cookie consent obtained where required.]
7. Data security
The Controller applies appropriate technical and organisational measures: encrypted (HTTPS) transmission, access control, and safeguarding confidentiality, integrity and availability.
8. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and – for consent-based processing – the right to withdraw consent at any time (withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing). Submit requests to info@fieldready.hu; the Controller fulfils requests within one month.

You may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority:
