1. The service provider

2. Scope and subject
These terms and conditions (the "T&C") apply to the first-aid training and related services provided by the Provider under the Field Ready brand, and to registration via the website. By registering, the Participant accepts the T&C.
3. Definitions
- Participant: the natural or legal person registering for a course.
- Course: a training announced by the Provider (e.g. field first-aid course).
- Website: the site available at the fieldready.hu domain.
4. Formation of the contract
The Participant registers by completing and submitting the registration form on the website. The Provider confirms receipt and sends a proforma invoice for the fee. The contract is formed upon the Provider's confirmation; the Participant's place is finalised once the fee is received.
5. Fees and payment
The current course fees are shown on the website. Prices shown may be indicative until the final pricing is published. Payment is by bank transfer, based on the Provider's proforma invoice; the website does not process online (card) payments. The Provider issues an invoice in accordance with applicable law.
6. Cancellation, withdrawal and rescheduling
The course is a leisure-related service tied to a specific date. Under Section 29(1)(l) of Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.), the consumer has no 14-day right of withdrawal for such services.
The following general cancellation terms apply to the Participant:
- at least 30 days before the course start: free cancellation, full refund of the fee paid;
- 15–29 days before the course: 50% of the fee is charged;
- within 14 days before the course, or in case of no-show: the fee is non-refundable.
Cancellation must be submitted in writing to info@fieldready.hu; the time of receipt is decisive for the deadlines. Before the course starts, the Participant may send a substitute in their place free of charge, or — by arrangement — transfer once to another announced date.
The Provider may postpone or cancel a course, in particular for lack of the minimum headcount or force majeure. In that case, at the Participant's choice, the fee is refunded or carried over to another date.
7. Participant's obligations and declaration
- The Participant provides accurate data and is responsible for its correctness.
- For safe participation, the Participant informs the Provider of any relevant health circumstances.
- The Participant attends at their own responsibility, in a fit state of health, and follows the instructors' safety instructions.
8. Liability
The course aims to convey practical knowledge and skills. It does not constitute medical or ambulance care and does not replace professional medical treatment. Applying the knowledge gained is always the Participant's responsibility. The Provider's liability exists within the limits of applicable law, and is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law for damage not caused intentionally or by gross negligence.
9. Intellectual property
Course materials, website content and the Field Ready brand are the intellectual property of the Provider (or its licensors) and may not be copied, distributed or used without the Provider's prior written consent.
10. Data processing
The processing of personal data is governed by the separate Privacy policy.
11. Complaints and disputes
Complaints may be submitted to info@fieldready.hu. In a consumer dispute, the Participant may turn to the competent conciliation board based on their residence or the Provider's seat. The board competent for the Provider's seat:

For disputes related to online purchases, the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform is also available: ec.europa.eu/odr. The Participant is entitled to seek a judicial remedy.
12. Miscellaneous
These T&C are governed by Hungarian law. The Provider reserves the right to amend the T&C unilaterally; the current version is available on the website. If any provision is invalid, it does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
